The fastest way to trust an agent is to watch it do one job you know well. That is why the first week has one mailbox, one agent and one habit: read the proposals every morning.
Monday: connect one mailbox
Pick the mailbox where orders and customer questions arrive, and connect it: Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP mailbox. Posti starts reading and sorting right away. Orders, supplier documents, questions and invoices get their own piles; newsletters go to the archive.
Tuesday: write down how you work
Every company has rules that live in someone's head: delivery days, payment terms, who gets a discount, how you sign an email. Write the most important ones into the company instructions. The agents read them before every piece of work.
Wednesday: correct the drafts
The agents' drafts wait for you. When a draft is almost right, edit it and approve it. Toimeen notices what you changed, and the next draft follows it. Kieli checks the language of every reply before you see it.
Thursday: set your limit
Decide how much an agent may propose without the owner. Above that amount, only the owner or an admin can approve, whoever else is looking at it. Every decision, approved or rejected, is logged with who made it.
Friday: take it with you
Link your Telegram account from your settings. From now on, proposals come to your phone with the draft quoted in full, and you can approve them anywhere. By now you also know which kinds of replies you approve without changes. That is the moment to add the next mailbox, or the next agent.
