How it works
Does Toimeen replace my staff?
No. Toimeen prepares the work and your people decide. Every email, quote, invoice, reminder and purchase order waits for a person to approve it in the app or on Telegram. Your people spend their time checking and deciding instead of typing and searching.
What if an agent gets something wrong?
Nothing leaves your company without approval, so a mistake stops at the person who approves. Agents never invent prices, amounts, dates or email addresses: a missing value is marked, for example [PRICE]. Kieli checks every text before you see it. You can edit before approving, and when you correct an agent it proposes a lesson that you decide whether to keep.
Can Toimeen send email or invoices on its own?
No. An approved email becomes a draft in your own mailbox, which a person sends. An approved invoice becomes an unfinished draft in Procountor, Baslic or Dualo, which a person checks and sends there. Toimeen's access to your mailbox does not include the right to send.
Which systems does Toimeen work with?
Mailboxes: Gmail, Microsoft 365 and any IMAP mailbox. Business systems: Procountor, Fizzy, Baslic, Dualo and Twenty. Approvals: the app, Telegram and Raven. If your system has no connection, for example most transport management systems, the agents work from exported files, Excel and PDF, and from your email.
Pricing
How long is the contract?
You pay month by month and can cancel with 30 days' notice. There is no minimum period. The setup fee is paid once and is not refunded.
What does the setup fee cover?
Working hours with us: 4, 8 or 16 depending on the package. We connect your mailbox and systems, choose the starter team for your sector, write your company instructions with you, design your first workflows, train your people and come back after 30 days.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
Without. Finnish VAT 25,5 % is added: for example Kasvu is 590 € + VAT = 740,45 € a month.
What is a task, and what happens when they run out?
A task is one piece of finished work an agent hands you, such as a round of order confirmations, a set of reminders, an invoice batch or a document check. Sorting your mail and the morning brief do not count; a research report uses about 10 to 25. When the month's volume is used up, nothing is billed automatically: the agents pause, and you can add 500 tasks for 49 € or change package.
How many users and agents can we have?
Users are unlimited in every package, and every package can hire any of the agent desks. The packages differ in work volume, connections, setup hours and support.
Data and security
Where is my data?
On servers in Helsinki, Finland. Each company's data is kept apart in the database, and the keys to your connected services are encrypted. The agents send the text they work on to Anthropic's AI models in the United States; that data is not used to train the models.
Do I get my data back when I leave?
Yes. After the agreement ends you can ask for your content in a machine-readable form for 60 days, and we delete it within 30 days after that, unless the law requires us to keep it.
