Three mailboxes means one of each kind: one Gmail, one Microsoft 365 and one IMAP mailbox.
Prices exclude VAT. Finnish VAT 25,5 % is added to the invoice.
Nothing is billed automatically. Your agents pause new work. Write to us and we add 500 tasks for 49 € the same business day, or move you up a package. Sorting your mail and the morning brief do not count. A research report uses about 10 to 25 tasks. Unused volume does not carry over.
We are taking a small number of early customers in Finland. Setup 0 €, the first 2 months free, then 4 months at half price, and after that the normal price with 30 days' notice at any time. In return we ask for a short weekly feedback call, a short case study and permission to name you as a customer.
ApplyYou pay month by month and can cancel with 30 days' notice. There is no minimum period. The setup fee is paid once and is not refunded.
Working hours with us: 4, 8 or 16 depending on the package. We connect your mailbox and systems, choose the starter team for your sector, write your company instructions with you, design your first workflows, train your people and come back after 30 days.
Without. Finnish VAT 25,5 % is added: for example Kasvu is 590 € + VAT = 740,45 € a month.
A task is one piece of finished work an agent hands you, such as a round of order confirmations, a set of reminders, an invoice batch or a document check. Sorting your mail and the morning brief do not count; a research report uses about 10 to 25. When the month's volume is used up, nothing is billed automatically: the agents pause, and you can add 500 tasks for 49 € or change package.
Users are unlimited in every package, and every package can hire any of the agent desks. The packages differ in work volume, connections, setup hours and support.
Yes. After the agreement ends you can ask for your content in a machine-readable form for 60 days, and we delete it within 30 days after that, unless the law requires us to keep it.
