Proposals should reach you where you already are. But a reminder must never be approved twice, or approved on the phone while someone rejects it in the office. This is how Toimeen keeps one decision in three places.
Three doors, one room
A proposal is created once, in Toimeen: a reply, an invoice, an order, a reminder. You can open it in the app, receive it in Telegram, or see it as a card in a Raven channel next to Dualo. All three show the same proposal, not three copies.
The first decision counts
When someone approves or rejects, the decision is checked against the proposal's current state. If it was already decided somewhere else, the second click does nothing, and the card in the other places updates to show what happened and who decided.
Your limit applies everywhere
Above the approval limit you set, only the owner or an admin can approve, in the app, in Telegram and in Raven alike. A colleague can still read the proposal and ask the agent about it.
Talking, not only approving
In Telegram you can ask an agent a question in your own language: what is still unpaid from a customer, or what a draft says. In Raven, the team mentions an agent in a channel and it answers in the same channel. Anything that would leave the company still comes back as a proposal.
One log
Every decision is logged once, with the channel it came from and the person who made it. When you look back at a month, you see one history, not three.
